How to make Perfect Cream Cheese frosting

I’m back with another short basic recipe, this is my favourite cream cheese frosting. It’s absoultely delicious and you just have to try it and see! It’s so easy to make, the only trouble you’ll have is stopping yourself from eating it all straight out of the bowl! I hope I’m not the only one.


  • 3 Cups icing sugar
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  1. Sift the icing sugar into a mixing bowl and add all the other ingredients. Mix the ingredients using a stand or hand mixer. When the icing is lighter in colour and smooth it is ready, the sugar should not feel grainy.
  2. Just like that you have delicious Icing ready to be used on cakes, cupcakes, donuts, you name it! Quick and Easy.
